The south beach diet is one of the better diets to have been created of late. This is a diet that tries to make sure that the person indulged in it does not see it as a form of punishment, rather a way of living a health life. The diet is divided in to three phases and if they are followed well, they can make sure that someone enjoys life in the best way possible.
The first stage is usually the hardest since it is when someone needs to get rid of cravings that they have and start the weight loss process. In fact, there are people who loose several pounds in this phase. The second phase is the weigh loss phase and it is meant to be longer than the first phase.
